EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai has officially opened its doors, and Takenaka Corporation is standing at the heart of this global celebration of innovation, sustainability, and connection. With the theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives,” the Expo invites visitors from around the world to explore new ideas and technologies that will shape our shared future. Takenaka Welcomes the World to Osaka We at TAKENAKA always strife for innovation and improvement. For us, the word “kaizen”, which roughly translates to improvement, is not just an empty phrase. Therefore, since March 2022, we improved our service for our clients by opening TAKENAKA Sittard - Introduction of our project team in Sittard, the Netherlands Monozukuri is a Japanese term that literally means "production" or "making things". However, it does not simply mean "production" as associated with factories or production lines. In a broader sense, it also means „Spirit Hidden in the Trees“ - Japanese wood craftsmanship in Krakow We look back to over 35 years of experience with clients from South Korea and over 130 projects in different European countries.
Our first Korean project was a factory for Goldstar (now known as LG Electronics) back in 1987.
