The service we offer can be distinguished by a range of in-house competencies: concept creation including preliminary drafts and sketches, design plans, comprehensive advice on sustainable materials, color design, building orientation, as well as a variety of other relevant topics that are significant at the design stage. Afterwards, we offer an all-inclusive service package for your building application which we provide ready-to sign. We also carry out implementation, detailed planning, interior planning, and furniture planning.
Our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) team creates sustainable, economical, and tailor-made technical solutions for the construction technology to be used for our customers. During the DESIGNprocess, we provide suggestions for systems that are further enhanced based on your feedback, or we create solutions directly in dialogue with you according to your specific requirements and preferences. In cooperation with our in-house architects, we create the optimum solution, with a particular focus on sustainable energy solutions and cost-related factors.
Our experienced construction team provides cost estimates, cost calculations, and budget estimates. In line with the current market situation, negotiations with subcontractors are conducted as early as possible to ensure future capacities for an optimal construction process. In case we are commissioned for both planning and construction of a project (Design&Build), our construction team is involved during the design phase to guarantee a smooth operation in the construction that follows.
