All Japanese headquarters and regional offices, as well as many foreign locations, are certified according to the current ISO 45001:2018 health and safety management standard, including several of our branches in Europe.
Certified environmental protection
All Japanese headquarters and regional offices, as well as many foreign locations, are certified according to the current ISO 14001:2015 environmental management standard, including several of our branches in Europe.

In 2019 Takenaka won gold in the category “Best Subcontractor in the non-automative sector” for Jaguar Land Rover’s new plant in Nitra (SK), in competition with 3,000 companies.
Training and professional development
We promote both in-house and external training for our employees. Selected EU employees get to experience the “spirit” of the parent company for themselves on location in Japan.
