The TAKENAKA EUROPE GmbH Slovakia branch was founded in 2000. In Zilina, more than 50 employees plan and coordinate construction projects in the areas of production facilities, office buildings, and, more recently, residential buildings and the outfitting of buildings. As part of our integrated approach, we are currently implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and have already used BIM for Jaguar Land Rover’s new plant in Nitra (SK). For its successful work on this project, Takenaka was awarded gold in the category “Best Subcontractor in the Non-Automotive Sector” in competition with 3,000 other companies at the 2019 “Supplier Excellence Awards”.
In recent years, we have gained experience in the design and construction of LEED-certified projects across numerous assignments. In addition, we are certified for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 for environmental management systems, and OHSAS 18001 for safety management
