Takenaka Europe has been operating as an architectural design and construction company in the European market since 1973. Since our establishment, we could expand our business to 13 countries all over the continent and have completed more than 1.500 projects, including factories, R&D centers, offices, showrooms, and interior fit-out.
Takenaka is of Japanese origin, with a history that dates back more than 400 years. Accordingly, we think and act globally, and therefore most of our clients are internationally operating companies, many of which are of Korean origin. To provide the best service for these clients, we have developed our own Korean Business Unit.

Takenaka Europe has been working for Korean companies for 35 years, and we have completed more than 130 consulting, design and construction projects. Our Korean Business Unit is trained to understand the gap between the Korean and the European culture and thoughts and is sensitive towards service expectations from our Asian clients entering the European market. At the start of projects, we can support you with site selection, preliminary design, budget indication and estimation, feasibility study, and the setting up of a schedule.
During the next step, we offer you architectural design, mechanical and electrical design, engineering services, as well as interior design.
Part of our portfolio is of course the execution of projects as well. Our site team is happy to be at your service!
