Main Tasks:
- Managing and controlling MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) works on the construction site with safety and regulatory standards
- Directing, monitoring and controlling the activities MEP contractors to ensure compliance with project safety regulations
- Providing assistance in reviewing scope, processes, costs and budgeting
- Preparing work schedules and controlling the use of materials, equipment and machines
- Implementing and supporting plans; collaborating with external equipment planning offices and cooperating firms
- Executing of mechanical installations and installation of automatic control equipment at the previously mentioned facilities, installations and systems
- Support to Mechanical&Electrical Project Manager
Required professional skills:
University degree of mechanical engineering
- Advance level in English
- Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, MS Project & AutoCAD)
- Driving license B and willingness to travel
- Schedule & multitask controlling
Contract duration:
- 6-12 months
- Advantage will have candidate who can be available immediately
